Jason Caddy – Lead Pastor

Jason CaddyPastor Jason and Tina Caddy, and their four children, became part of the Parkview family in September, 2015 when he accepted the call to be the Lead Pastor. They have served the Church of the Nazarene in full-time service since 1995 and have enjoyed the journey that God has led them on; especially the friendships they have made along the way. They enjoy sports, games, all sorts of restaurants, vacationing and the laughter they share that comes with being together as a family. Email:

Richard North – Associate Pastor of Worship and Assimilation

Richard NorthPastor Richard and Brenda North accepted and became part of the Parkview family in February, 2016. They have served in various churches across the nation, including the states of Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee and Kansas. They have two grown children: Jeremy and Emily continue to bring smiles to their parents. Richard feels that God’s call on his life is to provide leadership in the area of music, worship and developing people to be servants of Christ as they surrender their lives and talents to Jesus. His other favorite way to spend his time, however, is flying his collection of RC planes and drones. Email:

Andrea Dagnall – Director of Children’s Ministries

Andrea DagnallAndrea Dagnall and her family have been a part of the Parkview family since 2008, and Andrea has been on staff as Children’s Ministries Director since 2012. She and her husband, Paul have three beautiful daughters. Andrea’s passion is that every child knows that they are loved by God, and that God has a plan for their lives. She and her team are committed to teaching Biblical truth in a fresh, fun, practical, and age-appropriate way beginning with preschool and continuing through sixth grade.

Aaron Blank – Youth Pastor

Aaron BlankAaron Blank began his ministry here at Parkview in May, 2016. Before coming here, he worked a year and a half at Bethel Church of the Nazarene in Nashville, TN, while attending Trevecca for 4 years. His goal in ministry is to lead the youth along their spiritual journey, so that they understand the importance of living of a Christian life. His hobbies include playing sports, video games, watching movies/TV. Email:

Desire Ntwayingabo – Penuel African Nazarene Fellowship Lead Pastor

Pastor DesirePastor Desire Ntwaingabo has been married to his wife, Esperance, for the last five years and has served at the Penuel African Fellowship, which meets at Parkview, as their Pastor since 2013. He is so excited that, in answering God’s call to start Penuel, God started this church with fifteen people and it has grown to minister to over 165 people each week, including many refugees from Africa. Pastor Desire loves to read the Bible, enjoys soccer and take care of his wife and two precious daughters. Email:
