Who We Are

Surge Student Ministries is a ministry of Parkview Church of the Nazarene.

Surge: A sudden powerful forward or upward movement, esp. by a crowd or by a natural force such as the tide.

We seek to be a group coming together as a Surge with a focus upward in building relationships with God and then uniting together to go out and embody the love of Christ as we share His message with our community and peers."

We desire to be a safe place for students to come and belong and find love and acceptance. We desire each student to discover Gods purpose for their life and realize they each play a vital role as a part of the body.

Our gatherings and events are designed to allow students to come together and grow meaningful relationship with one another as well as deepening our relationship with Christ and moving beyond "religion" to focus on true, authentic, personal "relationships" with Christ.
